Malik Khushal Rahim is the Founder and Principal Attorney of Khushal & Co., where he leads the firm’s Corporate and Litigation Divisions. Licensed as a High Court Advocate, he has a proven track record of advising corporations, investors, and high-net-worth individuals on complex corporate, regulatory, and civil matters across multiple jurisdictions.

His practice focuses on corporate governance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, and dispute resolution. Malik counsels clients across diverse industries including healthcare, technology, real estate, and finance, ensuring that business operations and transactions are strategically structured and fully compliant with local and international legal standards.

He began his legal career at the Office of the Attorney General for Pakistan, where he gained early exposure to high-profile litigation and constitutional matters. He later joined Amir Javed & Associates, one of Peshawar’s leading law firms, where he handled civil, corporate, and commercial litigation and advisory matters. Malik subsequently served as Legal Counsel for the Defence Housing Authority (DHA), Peshawar, where he advised the board on key legal issues, negotiated and drafted high-value development and procurement contracts, and supported major infrastructure projects.
